Who On The Ultimate Fighter Lost 20 Lbs In One Day To Make Weight For A Fight?
Was it Bobby Southworth, who was stuck in a steam room by Chuck Lidell to lose weight?
Yeah, I remembered it because they did a recap for all the seasons and that was a major highlight because Southworth lost 32 pounds in five days…all thanks to Lidell and another fighter.
Yeah, that was a pretty funny scene. I knew he lost a lot of weight, but I had no idea he lost 20 lbs in one day. Chuck Lidell will do that to a man. lol.

Got something to say?

probably too lots of diuretics (drugs that make you pee out lots of fluid e.g. caffeine, furosemide) and lotss of laxatives….. to get rid of any um gut contents.
could have lost maybe 1 – 2 pounds of fat in one day at the most.
also may have lost a bit of muscle.
losing that much weight in one day is dangerous even if it is fluid and gut contents…. so pretty lame way to go.
Is that even possible?
Yep it was Bobby. Josh Koscheck and Chuck locked him in the steam room lol
