How Do You Make The Ultimate Fighter/archer On Elder Scrolls Iv: Oblivion?
if you want a really good character be a dark elf and set your major skills to sneak, marksman, blade, security, light armor, illusion, destruction. also complete the mage guild completly and get the staff of worms. kill any bandit. set the setting to the hardest and reanimate the bandit with the staff. when you get it youll know what i mean. then go nuts on him with a blade, bow or destructive magic. youll level up really quickly. also complete the deadric srines missions and get the saviors hide, skeletin key and umbra. then complete the thieves guild missions to get the gray cowl of nocturnel. with these items and enough training your character youll be the ultimate hero!!

Make yourself a Dark Elf “Dunmer” (even though you can be anyone you want Dark Elf’s have bonuses towards Blade and Marksman) and make a custom class with what ever skill you want.
