Gaining a lot of fans, it seems.
He’s not being blown out of proportion the way he was when Elite XC and CBS were selling him as the “Tiger Woods of MMA”. He’s remained humble, and he seems like a funny guy that you’d invite to your party. I’ve been surprised at how likable Kimbo has been, and i find myself pulling for him to have a good run.
He’s not championship material, definitely. But there are fights for him. If Joe Silva matches him well, he can be very entertaining and have a good career–everyone wins. The current rumor of a match with Houston Alexander is a great example.

Kimbo is a good guy. So that is really making him a “fan favorite” Hes going to get a contract for the UFC.

The guy makes people watch either cuz they root for him or they hope he gets creamed either way, sponsors are happy.
kimbo is trying to win the Ultimate Fighter Championship, he was a back yard fighter long time ago, and i hope he wins cuz is a good guy.
He is a very good business decision. Since he is there TUF has extremely high ratings.
