Format Of The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights?

i never liked reality shows until i heard kimbo slice was going to be on the ultimate fighter, and i wanted to see how he would do against real tough competition in the ufc. but i do not understand the format of the show. so i have a couple of questions for u guys who've been watching the ultimate fighter reality show.
1. So what happens when you lose a fight do u go home or do u stay in the house and become a potential replacement due to injury or something? -I've been reading about it i know this season's ultimate fighter is different from before where they have the eliminations, and then the final 16.
2. Do the fighters that loss if they stay, if they can't replace anybody can they fight on the show again?
3. Who thought Kimbo Slice did a good job standing up but, really! i mean really needs to work on his ground skills?
4. Are you going to keep watching even though Kimbo lost?
5. Who thinks Roy Nelson is a fat Blob?
6. Will we see Kimbo fight in the UFC, or will he fight in small companies?
