Question About The Ultimate Fighter ( Ufc Show )?

They say whoever wins at the end of the season gets a UFC contract, and they do. But how come we still see a bunch of the other guys who lost getting fights in the UFC? For examply Manny Gamburyan, Jesse Taylor, CB Dollaway, Tim Credeur, Corey Hill. All these guys were on the show and lost, and they still got in the UFC.

Format Of The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights?

i never liked reality shows until i heard kimbo slice was going to be on the ultimate fighter, and i wanted to see how he would do against real tough competition in the ufc. but i do not understand the format of the show. so i have a couple of questions for u guys who’ve been watching the ultimate fighter reality show.
1. So what happens when you lose a fight do u go home or do u stay in the house and become a potential replacement due to injury or something? -I’ve been reading about it i know this season’s ultimate fighter is different from before where they have the eliminations, and then the final 16.
2. Do the fighters that loss if they stay, if they can’t replace anybody can they fight on the show again?
3. Who thought Kimbo Slice did a good job standing up but, really! i mean really needs to work on his ground skills?
4. Are you going to keep watching even though Kimbo lost?
5. Who thinks Roy Nelson is a fat Blob?
6. Will we see Kimbo fight in the UFC, or will he fight in small companies?

im not american or british so im not being biased im jamcian but anyways looking at seasons ahead of ultimate fighter 9 does it ever slip your mind that season 9 could have been fixed dana white is a good guy but he is also a buisness man and his main goal at the moment would be to expand the ufc and better uk fighters will basically motivate other fighters in the uk to step up also other seasons american fighters were great so how come all of a sudden they suck?
one more question i think that tuf 11 should be UK vs JA im jamaican so i would love to see this happen lol
